about
Root To Limb Design is a woman-owned design and build company based in Port Angeles, Washington. We specialize in custom design, home renovations, remodels, and deck builds, working with each client to create spaces that fit the way they live.
—
We bring thoughtful design and quality craftsmanship together to transform existing spaces into beautiful, functional homes that reflect each client's individual style, needs, and way of living.
Our approach is inspired by nature, where new roots grow from existing limbs. We believe the best home design is built thoughtfully on what already exists while creating something entirely new. From individual room remodels to larger residential renovation projects, we work closely with our clients to create spaces that feel intentional, personal, and built to last.
teamwork
Every great project
begins with a conversation.
We believe the best spaces are created through collaboration, taking the time to understand how you live, what inspires you, and what matters most to you. Our creative, client-first approach blends thoughtful design with practical solutions, ensuring every detail reflects your vision while making the process enjoyable, transparent, and uniquely tailored to you.
what clients are saying
We were able to talk-thru our vision & ideas with her and she easily provided feedback & reasonable boundaries to keep us reined-in and on- budget. And her design eye was spot-on! All we had to do was ‘point & release’. She remained focused and on-task, with no micromanaging required - which was a huge relief for us.
She was able to problem-solve in the moment and easily communicate about priorities & timelines. She related to us like a family friend; even our dog loved her! The outcome was beautiful! And the value we received far exceeded the cost we agreed to pay. Since we can’t keep her on retainer, we certainly can recommend her to everyone for any project. You’d be lucky to have her on-board.
